Shipping Policy
At Jab Jabich, we ship worldwide. Every order ships with free shipping, no minimum required — wherever you play, your coach finds his way to your desk.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping worldwide on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed:
- Within the EU: 5–9 business days
- Outside the EU: 7–12 business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal carriers, weather, or peak seasons, which are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
